Drainage Lead - Associate

Our client is seeking an experienced Drainage Lead to join their team based in Leicester.

Responsibilities:

Work independently and proactively on projects, making sure that they are delivered to the relevant standards, on time and to budget.

Leading small design teams and performing project management duties that align with our Quality Assurance protocol. These duties may include reporting on project progress, project risk and project finance.

Take individual responsibility for projects, manage them, and be the clients main point of contact. Instruct, supervise and mentor junior staff as well as supporting their professional development.

Qualifications: HNC Civil Engineering (minimum)

Skills:

• Section 104 designs
• MicroDrainage
• Flood Risk Assessments
• Drainage Strategies
• SuDS Manual and Sewers For Adoption 6th/7th/8th Editions (minimum)
