Purpose & Scope of the Role

As Regional Lead / Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of a North West ecology team. This position blends leadership, technical delivery, and business development, requiring a hands-on approach to ecological consultancy alongside strategic oversight.

You will lead a high-performing team, ensuring the delivery of complex ecological projects to the highest standards, while strengthening client relationships and identifying new opportunities. Working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to shaping innovative, sustainable solutions across sectors including residential, energy, defence and infrastructure.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

A relevant degree in ecology or a related field, with Full Membership of CIEEM and Chartered Ecologist or Environmentalist status. Proven consultancy experience delivering ecological projects, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to lead teams and develop client relationships. A full UK driving licence is required.
