The Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to join a multi-award winning Ecology team.
The Associate Director will have:
- Responsibility of a Region(s) to lead, develop and grow the team.
- Lead upon formulation, application and delivery of strategy in respect of their technical discipline
- Business Development and implementation of the Ecology strategy
- Responsibility for managing executive level customer and partner relationships
- Management of high profile, high fee projects
Flexible Working:
Operating a fully flexible, hybrid working which allows their ecologists to choose where, how and when they work as long as our clients are receiving the high-quality service they expect. The role will require working closely with the regional team and developing relationships with other teams so may require some time at an office or alternative working space to suit those involved.
