A multi-disciplinary consultancy, providing transport, infrastructure planning/engineering and flood risk management advice to the land development and property sector.

Particular expertise in residential developments, for both greenfield and brownfield sites. The team collaborates with clients throughout the entire development process, taking schemes from site pre-purchase and due diligence, through the planning application submission to secure consent, and on to detailed design and site supervision during construction.

Seeking an experienced Senior or Principal Consultant with Transport Development Planning expertise to join the London Team and wider business of over 100 employees located across the UK.

The team of transport planning specialists has a history of supporting developments and helping to deliver transport and infrastructure solutions that promote sustainability, improved connectivity, and healthy lifestyles.

You will be working as part of a small team of experts, providing transport planning/engineering design consultancy advice to our clients. Through effective delivery of projects, you will contribute to the success of the team and ensure the development of key client relationships, helping to establish a local presence and breadth of services while liaising with other parts of the business on multi-disciplinary projects.

Success in this role will see you take on increased responsibility for other team members, and you will have the opportunity to act as Project Manager on selected projects where you’ll be able to contribute positively, including through financial management.

You’ll be an experienced Transport Planner with a number of years’ experience in development management and planning. Your principal role will be focused on the project management and delivery of supporting transportation inputs to the planning process, including Local (Development) Plan Representations, Site Appraisals and Due Diligence, Transport Assessments/Statements, Travel Plans and Public Transport Strategies.
