The Company:
A multidisciplinary consultancy, working closely with colleagues from other teams including planning, placemaking, engineering, transportation and asset management including through the identification of opportunities, tendering and project delivery. You will be proactive in developing relationships with colleagues from across the business, liaising with the wider ecology team and other technical teams, and supporting them through all stages of a project.
Responsibilities:
You will be joining a team, based out of one of the many office locations however, a fully flexible, hybrid working is operated which allows ecologists to choose where, how and when they work as long as our clients are receiving the high-quality service they expect.
Subject to your grade, the role may require a significant amount of site work in your location. The role will also involve working closely with other ecologists, clients and colleagues from other teams so may require some time at an office or alternative working space to suit those involved.

We are particularly interested in experienced ecologists from consultant to principal grades, with any of the following skills /qualifications:
- Bat class 2 licence;
- Botanical specialism, including ideally FISC 3 or higher;
- Ornithological specialism; and/or
- Project management, client care and business development experience.
