The successful candidate will have experience of competitive tendering in the transport/transport infrastructure industry is necessary in order to contribute to bids/proposals. The successful candidate will demonstrate technical skills and financial forecasting knowledge, necessary for rail franchise bid work. Robust analytical capability and strong excel skills are essential.

The successful candidates will have experience in managing Rail Franchise bid teams.
